Driver Pay Rates
- Paid by the Load: $200 per day minimum

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
- $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
- $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
Work & Route
- Pickups and Deliveries: Going to various chicken farms, picking up loads and bringing them into the Marshville plant.
- Days and Hours: 5 day work week. Shifts vary from Sunday-Thursday to Monday-Friday Weekend on call rotation with some Saturdays.
- Equipment: 2018 Kenworths; some slip-seat
- Hiring Areas: within 40 miles of the terminal in Marshville, NC
- Home nightly
- This position will cross train with our Feed Haul position and assist as necessary.
CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- CDL-A with 6 months tractor trailer experience
- Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
- Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 6 months of experience
